Constelación Sonora unites music and dance creating an atmosphere that allows the imagination and the senses to travel freely as if each note were a star and the body channeled it as a message from the universe. The artists part from a flamenco base to express new sensations, creating a pure and sincere dialogue between the humane and the imaginary.
The artistic composition is formed by dancer/choreographer Cristina Hall and the music with original compositions by the classical guitarist/cantaora María Marín. Inspiration was drawn in form a wide/eclectic range of artistic genres and information.
In this work I connect more with my imaginative side, where all creation begins, and there I have found is where another dimension of my being lives. Music is a source of healing, it is what moves and guides my body, continuously indicating where I have my hidden emotions helping me release and giving shape to my dance becoming a spiritual ritual.
